We describe each item from confirmed information only. Absent specifications are absent because they are not confirmed, not because they were overlooked. Photographs are representative; colour varies by screen and natural materials vary batch to batch. Pricing

All figures are in Indian Rupees and subject to change. Your order is governed by the price shown at confirmation. Where a listing is directly mispriced we get in touch before dispatching rather than fulfilling at an incorrect figure.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Pelvera Mansion does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

Pelvera Mansion does not provide an additional warranty through this store. Where a warranty is stated on a product page, that warranty applies according to its own terms.

Placing an order

Checkout is your offer to buy; the order becomes a contract when the confirmation email reaches you. Should stock turn out to be unavailable after confirmation, we tell you and refund the whole amount (Cancellation policy).

GST

On tax: the business is not registered for GST, because turnover remains below the applicable GST registration threshold. Two practical consequences. First, GST is not charged separately on anything you order. Second, we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. The figure on the product page is the price of the goods; any delivery charge appears before you complete checkout.

Textile variation

Block printed and hand finished textiles vary in placement and shade between pieces, and natural fibres shrink on the first wash. Both are expected and are not faults.

Use of this website

Site content belongs to Pelvera Mansion or is used with the owner permission. Commercial reuse is not permitted without asking. Interfering with the site or placing fraudulent orders is not either.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
